Hearts, Hugs & Hope, an Alzheimer’s support group, will meet on Sept. 8 at 6 p.m. in person at Cornerstone at Milford Assisted Living and Memory Support Community, 11 Birch St., Milford.

Dealing with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia isn’t easy, so it’s helpful to share your concerns and personal experiences with others who completely understand what you’re going through. You will also learn about proven strategies to help you better care for your family member. This month’s guest speaker will be Mithun Pasham from Seniors Helping Seniors.
