A “Battle of the Badges” will be held on May 30 at 2 p.m. at Milford Town Park to benefit Shining Star Preschool, Brookside Elementary, and Memorial Elementary schools.

Tickets are $5 per person (kids 2 and under are free) for this family-friendly softball game between the Milford Fire Department and Milford Police Department. Tickets are available at the gate starting at 1:30 p.m. Rain date is May 31 at 2 p.m.

This event is designed to bring the community together for a great cause. There will be games on the field for kids, prize giveaways, and a 50/50 raffle. Attendees can also enjoy SweetWise Ice Cream, Not Your Average popcorn, and a food truck (still TBD). We even have a family rivalry faceoff for the 2nd year in a row, with 2 brothers on opposing Fire/Police teams!

MyFM will also be on-site, announcing and streaming the game live, as well as special appearances by WooSox mascots to add to the fun and energy of the day.
