Greenleaf Garden Club of Milford scholarship applications due April 1
Graduating seniors from Milford or Mendon can apply
The Greenleaf Garden Club of Milford announces 2 scholarships available for graduating seniors who have been accepted at an accredited college, university or institute of higher learning with plans to enter a field related to horticulture, the environment or agriculture. We are happy to say that due to the success of our Fall Fundraiser we are able to continue providing these funds to students.
The GLGC $1,000 Scholarship will be awarded each year to a graduating senior from Milford High School or Blackstone Valley Technical School (Milford residents only) who has been accepted at an accredited college, university or institute of higher learning with plans to enter a field related to horticulture, the environment or agriculture.
The $500 Hazel M. Schroder Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior who resides in Milford, Mendon or Hopedale who has been accepted at an accredited college, university or institute of higher learning with plans to enter a field related to horticulture, the environment or agriculture.
The deadline for applications is April 1st and all the information and requirements are available on the Naviance system through the Guidance department at all four schools. Eligibility for the scholarships will be determined by the Greenleaf Garden Club of Milford Scholarship Committee.
