The Milford Police and Fire Departments provided a wide range of services between Dec. 26 to Jan. 25 related to property checks, motor vehicle stops, traffic enforcement, medical emergencies and unruly patients, community policing, checking open doors, disabled motor vehicles, vehicle collisions, erratic operators, road rage, parking violations, towed vehicles, suspicious activity, road hazards and obstructions, bylaw violations, noise complaints, vehicle lockouts various alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, 911 abandoned/hangups/misdialed, drone and/or k9 deployment, radar enforcement, gas leaks and/or odors, fire odor investigations, suspicious and unwanted persons, disputes (neighbor and general), harassment and harassing phone calls, trespassing, fraud, shoplifting and larceny, soliciting, lost and found property, well-being checks, assist citizens and schools, assist businesses, follow-up investigations, animal issues (injured, strays, barking, deceased), funeral traffic, family services, and court business.
Milford also responded to several medical emergencies, and provided mutual aid to Bellingham, Hopedale, Hopkinton, Medway, Spencer, Uxbridge, and Webster.

Jan. 5 at 5:43 p.m., Granite St., criminal application. A 20-year-old Milford male was charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage, and wanton destruction of property under $1200.
Jan. 6 at 3:05 a.m., Eastview Dr., parking violation. A 34-year-old Milford male was charged with having an uninsured motor vehicle, an unregistered motor vehicle, and abandoning a motor vehicle.

Jan. 6 at 11:06 a.m., Princeton Dr., arrest. A 52-year-old Milford male was charged with “out of jurisdiction arrest on probable cause.”

A 33-year-old Framingham male was charged with larceny under $1200, breaking entering a vehicle/boat in nighttime for felony, credit card fraud under $1200, identity fraud, unauthorized use of a credit card greater than $1000 value, and attempted larceny.
Jan. 7 at 11:32 p.m., Milford Hospital, unruly patient, arrest. A 41-year-old Ashland male was charged with assault and battery, disorderly conduct, and disturbing the peace.
Jan. 8 at 4:27 p.m., Prospect St., motor vehicle accident, criminal application. A 61-year-old Blackstone male was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Jan. 8 at 5:35 p.m., Fortune Blvd., follow-up investigation. A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested and charged with shoplifting by asportation.
Jan. 9 at 7:45 p.m., Medway Rd., property lost. A 48-year-old person was charged with larceny under $1200.

Jan. 16 at 9:35 p.m., hit and run accident. A 38-year-old Milford male was charged with leaving the scene of property damage, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
