In a social media post on Jan. 29, the Milford Police Department announced the assignment of Officer Brian Hayes to the School Resource Division. 

The post said, “Officer Hayes has been a valued member of the Milford Police Department Patrol Division since 2018. Prior to joining the Milford Police Department as a full-time officer, Officer Hayes was a member of the Hopedale Police Department from 2015 to 2019 as a full-time police officer and a communications officer with the Town of Milford from 2011 to 2015.” 

Officer Hayes will spend the majority of his time at Stacy Middle School and floating throughout our elementary schools.
