Playgroup Registration for Session 2 Registration for the Spring Session of the Playgroups in Milford and Hopedale will be taking place daily from Monday, Dec. 15 through Thursday, Dec. 18, 2025 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and also Monday, Jan. 5 through Thursday Jan. 8, 2026 from 9 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. at the Milford Family and Community Network Office. Lottery will take place on Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2026. Registration forms will be made available in the office and on our website.
