On Halloween, the Milford Police Department hosted Trick or Treat With A Cop 3.  Guests enjoyed food from The Rail Trail Flatbread Co., Donut Drops and Coffee from Honey Dew Donuts Milford, candy, and a visit with Comfort K-9 Titan who sported his costume all day long.
