Calls included stolen vehicle, neighbor disputes, public drinking

The Upton Police Department and Fire Department provided a wide range of services between Aug. 26 and Sept. 24 related to motor vehicle violations, disabled and suspicious motor vehicles, registration checks, parking violations, traffic enforcement, preventative patrol, community policing, road hazards, wires down, various alarms, house checks/lockouts, abandoned 911 calls, gates closed, courtesy transports, bicycle safety violations, identity theft, pick up/drop off items, well-being checks, psych assists/Section 12, trespassing, suspicious persons, summons service, court appearances, car seat installation, solicitation, fraud/forgery, lost/missing/found property, various complaints, general assistance, and animal issues. 

They also responded to several medical calls. 

Upton also provided occasional mutual aid to Grafton, Hopkinton, Mendon, Northbridge, and state police; and daily mutual aid to Hopedale police, fire and EMS.
