Gomer, or “Gomez”as we affectionately call him, wants you to know that life doesn’t have to be so hectic. Just one look into his gentle green eyes reminds you that it’s time to slow down and take some Gomer time. Pet his gorgeous soft gray fur and forget your to-do list for a little while.

 Gomer came to us from an overcrowded household. Right out of the gate, he wanted to be our best friend. He really wants to be with you and will follow you around, if that works for you. When you are too busy to spend time with Gomer, he will wait patiently for you to be available, well that is unless there is food involved, then he will be right by your side hoping you are in a sharing mood. While the sound of a treat bag or can opening brings him running, it’s more the potential for human contact than the food itself that he craves. Gomer is good with other cats but having come from a home with so many feline friends, it’s clear he would really like some undivided attention from his humans.
