Carlos Sousa is this year’s recipient of the Milford Rotary Club’s “Paul Harris Award.” 

The Rotary International Paul Harris Award honors individuals for significant contributions to the Rotary Foundation or exemplifying “Service Above Self.” 

A celebration will be held on April 12.
