Cornerstone at Milford residents strutted down the runway with the assisted living community’s first variety fashion show. This year’s event featured six different categories, allowing residents and staff to get creative and express themselves in front of the crowd of 50.

The categories included Disney, Formal, Tropical, Sports, Winter and Western, making for quite the range of costumes. Residents and staff wore bright, colorful dresses, lei necklaces, Hawaiian shirts, Mickey and Minnie headbands, and tropical accessories. Some made an appearance in cowboy hats and boots for a smooth Western look, while others donned jerseys and caps and looked ready to go to bat on the baseball field.

The crowd of friends and family applauded the variety of outfits, and after the show, participants got the chance to snap some photos in front of a sparkly backdrop. Everyone had a blast posing with their fun ensembles. The fashion show was an excellent opportunity for all attendees to bond over their love of fashion and show their artistic sides.
