The Friends of the Milford Town Library will begin their semiannual book sale for members of the Friends only on Friday, April 28, from 4 - 7 p.m. Memberships are $15 per year and may be paid at the door. The book sale will continue on Saturday, April 29 from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Thousands of books are available: bestsellers, mysteries, classics, cookbooks, books on history, investing, hobbies, crafts, and children’s books. Audio books, CDs, DVDs, and puzzles are also available. In the adult section, all items are $1.All children’s books are 25¢. This is a great chance to gather books for vacation reading, entertaining visiting grandchildren, or to lower the cost of required school assignments. You’ll find recreational and reference materials for both adults and children, textbooks for home schooling, possibly a favorite out-of-print title you’ve been searching for or a copy of the classic storybook that was lost in a move; all while helping the Friends fund programs, museum passes and materials for the Milford Town Library.

If you have books to donate, please bring them to the Milford Town Library before the sale.  We don’t accept textbooks more than 5 years old or Readers Digest condensed books.
