Ella Knapp and Mila Cales paint 10’ by 10’ mural at First UUC of Milford

Ella Knapp and Mila Cales completed their Girl Scouts Silver Award, the highest award for Cadettes (grades 6-9), by painting an "Acceptance of All Religions" mural at the First Unitarian Universalist Church of Milford (23 Pine St). The mural promotes the seven Unitarian Universalist Principles grounded in the humanistic teachings of the world's religions that embrace diversity and inclusion. This 10 foot by 10 foot mural is prominently located above the pulpit of the main congregation space for all to enjoy.
